Quimica Central de Mexico has developed, with the help of all that work here, a firm conviction toward a culture of quality in all activities, focusing energy and talent to achieve well defined objectives, that allow the supply of products that satisfy the expectations of customers with respect for health and the environment.

These shared ideals, the defined goals and mutual respect, constitute the base of our work system, and gives the work a sense of integration, quality and of reciprocal assistance within our system.

The most important part of Quimica Central de Mexico is our work force, for this reason the Human Resources department has implemented diverse programs outside of work-related training, including; organized sports, social, educational and cultural activities.

More than 130 Mexican families count on sufficient income in order to enjoy a good standard of living.  The philosophy of the company is based on the full development of the workers, permitting them to achieve their career inside the company, or to serve as a school should they leave and occupy other relevant positions.
